Fans were particularly alarmed by the picture of Patrick carrying a beer can, as they wanted him to be completely locked in for the postseason.

Prior to the legal troubles, Patrick and his brother would frequently exchange images. However, in 2023, they also lost Randi’s mother, Patrick’s grandma.
